Love & Regrets...

Guy#1: Here he goes again

Lady : He shows up...
same day every year...
and dances from sunrise to sunset...
I heard...
its some kind of a ritual....
he used to dance here...
back in the day...

Guy#2: Nice shoes..
she bought them...
they were in love...
but he couldnt stop...
so one day she left...
no one knows where she went...

Guy#3: I heard she got struck by a lightning...

Lady : I thought she got hit by a truck...

Guy#2: Yeah well, whatever, she just didnt show up...

Now he dances to bring her back...

End of story.

----------

Last night, as I was still logged in remotely on a tester doing some debug work, my husband was up waiting for me to get done with my work (sweet noh?). He was trying to keep me up with all these trance videos he found from YouTube. Yes, he loves trance music. This video that I'm going to post here is actually one of my favorites from his trance collections. The title is "Days Go By" by Dirty Vegas. The story is pretty much what I just wrote above. It's really interesting as you wouldn't figure it out just by listening to the lyrics of the song.

Anyways, for me, it's a sad and equally pathetic story of a guy who lost the girl of his dreams, for whatever reason. I'd say he's stupid. Yes, sometimes guys can be sooo dang stupid! Duh??!!

I personally know some guys who had regrets in their lives because they lost the only girl that they truly love. Why? Because at that time, there are "other" things that they got to do first before they fully commit themselves to the love of their lives. What the??!!

Well, being in a serious relationship requires a lot of risks... a lot of unknowns, kinda scary. I guess that's why most guys could be "commitment-phobic". But heck, if you really love the girl, you just have to be brave enough to face those risks. Besides, you'd do it together, it's not like you're just gonna end up facing them all just by yourself.

I say taking risks is better than having regrets in your life. You didnt want to be miserable, did yah?

I'm sure most girls would agree with me that we usually would think this way: "If he could afford to let me go, that means he didn't love me enough".

Guys, this is a bit difficult to fathom from your perspective, but that's just how it is (for the most part).

To those guys who are already sure that they've finally found that one girl... their one true love... but are afraid to take some risks, what are you waiting for, knuckleheads??!!! She's not always going to be there waiting for you... one day, she just might be gone and you'd be sorry you lost her. Oh well, I suggest you watch this video... before it's too late... goodluck!! :o)

First of all - what's up with vocal trance? I know someone who likes it a lot too. Hmmm, maybe it's time for me to go check it out as well. :)

So for the real stuff - i totally agree with this blog! Period.
